Our promise is simple: do the work, and if nothing shifts, you don't pay for it.
The 14-day guarantee
Every first purchase is covered for 14 days. To honor the spirit of the guarantee, we ask that you complete at least the first module of the method within that window. If you've done so and feel it hasn't moved you, email contact@hautevaleur.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you.
Subscriptions
The Circle can be canceled anytime from your account or by emailing us; you keep access through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment.
How to request a refund
Email contact@hautevaleur.com from the address you used to purchase, with the word "refund" in the subject. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Fair use
The guarantee is meant for women who genuinely engaged and found it wasn't for them — not for repeated purchase-and-refund. We reserve the right to decline abusive or fraudulent requests.
